Happy

After saying no for months, we were finally conned into letting Judah have a puppy. This is Happy and Judah and Caleb are his caretakers (sortof!). He is perfect, except totally untrustworthy when it comes to housetraining! I feel like I have five children now. Lydia LOVES him but she is untrustworthy as well, always trying to pick him up by choking him around the neck!
Aaron is officially finished with basketball season and we are so excited to have Daddy home again in the evenings. He is helping with track, but his duties are minimal. John and Pat have been around for several weeks and it has been such a treat to visit with them. They head back to Africa next Friday. We will miss them, but they will be home in less than a year! God is using them in Tanzania in so many ways, and that makes saying goodbye much easier.
Be sure and check out all the new pics I've uploaded to the Picasa link on the right of this page.

Elisha's Tonsils

Elisha had his tonsils and adnoids removed recently and is back to feeling great. Judah, Caleb and Lydia benefited from his steady diet of popsicles for several days! I know you could do without this gross picture, but I wanted to share just how big those suckers were! No wonder Eli couldn't talk or breath very well. Praise God it is over. Hopefully he will be much less likely to have strep and other infections now. We had an awesome experience at Cooks and Eli even got to have his Aunt Carol for a nurse. Be sure to see all the new pictures I've added to the picasa link.
